I have been taking lessons with Dan for almost 2 years. He is very knowledgeable in both playing and the application of theory on the guitar, teaching it in a way that is very easy to follow while applying the concepts to your own playing. In my experience, he is an expert in rock, blues and jazz styles, among others. I have had 2 previous guitar teachers and both disregarded the fundamentals and theory which is so crucial to taking the next step in your playing once you’ve passed the basics.
